The scheduled performance of one of the greatest world saxophonists David Sanborn in Sofia has been postponed by four days to October 29 and would be held in Sofia’s National Palace of Culture (NDK), starting at 8pm.
Initially scheduled for October 25, it was moved due to changes in Sanborn’s tour dates, organisers Sofia Music Enterprises said in a media statement on October 13. All tickets bought for October 25 will be valid for the date on October 29.
Sanborn’s concert is part of the annual festival Music Jam 2008, as well as of the saxophonist’s world tour, which started on September 6 at Riverfront Jazz Festival in New York. The tour will pass through the US, Mexico and Japan, with only three European countries included - Bulgaria, Germany and France.
Tickets prices range from 30 to 60 leva and can be bought at the ticket counter of NDK and online at www.ticketpro.bg.
