Chris Rea would perform in Sofia's National Palace of Culture (NDK), avtora.com reported.
The concert would take place March 5 2008, avtora.com said, however, the Bulgarian promotor refused to confirm the information.
Singer and guitarist Chris Rea, who has sold 30 million albums worldwide, became famous in the 1980s with his album Road to Hell (1989) which became his first number one album in the UK.
