Business Park Varna will open in the beginning of July, the project's marketing manager Desislava Maleevska said.

The first building of the group will start functioning in July. The project includes nine constructions with a total area exceeding 10 000 sq m, Dnevnik newspaper reported.

Offices offered in the business park are of the so-called open-space type. Several banks already rented such offices. The minimal contract term is three years.

Construction work on the other buildings in the complex started in April. The entire project will be completed in the coming three years, Dnevnik reported.

Apart from office spaces, the business park will offer trade areas.

A specialised real estate agency will be responsible for the maintenance and further development of the business complex, Dnevnik reported.
