THE Supreme Administrative Court (SAC) proceeded last Thursday with the case against the Privatisation Agency's (PA) decision on the sale of 80 per cent of Bulgartabac Holding by admitting the complaints of the three failed candidate buyers, Tobacco Holding, Rosbulgartabac and Consortium Metatabac.
