Bulgarian, Romanian or Ukrainian engineers could replace French IT specialists in the field of finance engineering, French newspaper La Tribune said.
The engineers from the EU member-to-be countries were prone to work for less money than the French specialists, La Tribune said.
French engineers earn at least 120 000 euro per year while the IT engineers from Eastern Europe receive about 70 000 euro.
The ratio between Eastern European IT specialists’ quality of work and the wages they received was unequaled, French bank and finance branch employer said.
Accession of Bulgaria and Romania to the EU was going to give local talented students access to universities and workplaces in other EU member states, the report said.
French engineers would have to become reconciled with some reduction of their salaries to survive the competition of the Eastern European engineers, La Tribune said.
