On November 21, Bulgaria's Parliament started discussions on first reading on the draft-law for state budget 2008, Bulgarian News Agency BTA reported.

Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev and other ministers are present at the plenary hall.

The Parliament decided that the discussion and the voting of the draft-budget 2008 should be broadcast live on Bulgarian National Television (BNT) and Bulgarian National Radio (BNR).

At the beginning of the session, the Parliament adopted its weekly agenda, BTA said. The agenda includes discussion on three draft-laws for amendments in the income taxation law and three draft-laws for changes in the Penal Code.
