Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ivailo Kalfin met with Greek foreign minister Dora Bakoyannis, Bulgarian National Radio (BNR) announced.

The two ministers met outside an EU General Affairs and External Relations Council (GAERC) in Luxembourg on October 15, BNR quoted Greek Innews.

Kalfin and Bakoyannis discussed bilateral issues, the situation in the region and particularly the Kosovo issue, BNR said.

The agenda of the GAERC meeting included a discussion of the Reform Treaty, which should replace the Draft Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe, the establishment of a quick response system in case of disasters, relations with Burma-Myanmar and Iran, the development of the relations with Libya, and the EU policy in conflict areas, evroportal.bg said.
