Employers in Bulgaria would suffer lack of both experts and some common workers, such as welders, Human Resources agency Jobtiger said.
Economic growth, new foreign and Bulgarian investment, new infrastructure problems and expert migration towards the EU would resulted in the lack of qualified employees, Darik Radio said.
Monthly wages raised by an average of 20 per cent in all economic sectors in 2006, Darik said.
Salary was no longer the main reason behind job change. Satisfaction and calmness were considered more important.
Jobtiger said that a number of workers would remain jobless because of company bankruptcy but work places would be created after Bulgaria launched the construction of new energy projects.
Vietnamese and Filipino workers may come to Bulgaria to work in the tourism sector because of the lack of Bulgarian workers.
