Bulgaria's Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev said Bulgaria could learn from Hungary's experience in the utilisation of EU funds.
The statement came after Stanishev met Hungarian prime minister Ferenc Gyurcsany, during Gyurcsany's visit to Sofia, Bulgarian news agency (BTA) reported.
Hungary would decide whether to accept migrant workers from Bulgaria and Romania by the end of November or December, Gyurcsany said.
According to Stanishev, the migration of Bulgarian workers was unthreatening to the Hungarian labour market because of the economic growth and salary rise in Bulgaria.
