Within the framework of Bulgaria's presidency of the Central European Initiative (CEI), the Bulgarian State Agency for Tourism (SAT) will host a work meeting of heads of tourism administrations of CEI member countries.
The meeting will take place September 14 in Evksinograd, Focus news agency reported.
Anelia Kroushkova, head of SAT, Harold Kreid, director general of the executive secretariat of CEI, and national CEI coordinator Svilen Iliev would officially welcome the participating members.
It would be the first time that heads of national tourism administration from CEI member countries meet.
The forum would create a network between participating institutions which would help to form a unified position of CEI member countries on various tourism issues.
Each of the member countries taking part in the event would present its experiences in establishing governmental and non-governmental tourism institutions and in the development of tourism destinations.
Participants include Romania, Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Moldova, Albania, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
