Bulgaria would send 200 more soldiers to Afghanistan in 2007, army representatives said. The Bulgarian troops in Afghanistan this year number 120 soldiers.

Bulgaria's army headquarters specified the plan for the country's military missions abroad in 2007, Darik Radio reported.

Bulgaria would also increase the number of its soldiers in KFOR in Kosovo, Darik said.

In the next 10 days Bulgaria would decide how and in what conditions it would take part in the UN peacekeeping mission in Lebanon, Focus news agency reported.
