Bulgarian national football team moved six positions down in the world FIFA ranking and is ranked 35th.
The drop was the result from the last two matches of the Bulgarian national football team which lost with nil-two against Holland and defeated with three-nil the team of Luxembourg, Focus news agency reported quoting the world football federation.
The two victories of Holland against Bulgaria and Albania placed the Dutch team fifth which is two positions up in the ranking.
The leader in the ranking is the world champion Italy, followed by Argentina and Brazil.
The leading trio of teams have a clear advantage over the chasing pack, although Germany (4th, up 1) and the Netherlands (5th, up 2) have overtaken France (6th, down 2), who have lost a considerable amount of points on the back of their defeat at the hands of Scotland.
