BULGARIA EXPECTS JUST COURT DECISION IN NURSES' TRIAL- FOREIGN MINISTRY
13:54 Wed 13 Dec 2006

Bulgaria expects the court in Tripoli to take just decision in the trial of the five Bulgarian nurses accused of deliberate HIV infection in Libya, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Dimitar Tsanchev said.

The nurses are accused of the intentional HIV infection of more than 420 children in Libya's town of Benghazi.

A final court sitting is scheduled for December 19 2006. The court is expected to pronounce the final sentences of the Bulgarians.

Libya's court had to take into consideration all evidence proving the innocence of the five, Tsanchev said.

Bulgaria believed that evidences and scientific reports presented to the court proved convincingly the innocence of the nurses. Recently a number of prestigious medical magazines published the works of Western virologists stating that the Bulgarians were innocent.

Bulgaria expected that the court would consider all facts and would pass a just decision, Tsanchev also said.

The 5 nurses cannot be held responsable for the facts of which they are charged. Why? A productionline in hospital were products are being sterelised is a line that these nurses do NOT have under their control. A president of a count who is judging about life in 7 minutes is an ASSHOLE, a non compenant piece of shit. It reminds me of Kafka. Get the girls out of that nothuman country by force. Set up a militairy force to free these humankind, goodwilling women. DO IT.
