INVESTBANK
Bedo Dogodyan joined the supervisory board of Investbank as an independent director, in charge of the bank’s preparations for initial public offering and emissions investments. Doganyan is chairperson of the supervisory council of Synergon Holding and member of the managing bodies of some of the bigger subsidiaries in the holding. He is also managing board member of the Tourism Investors’ Union. Doganyan was previously chief financial inspector of the State Financial Inspectorate within the Ministry of Finance. For 10 years, he has also served as director of Petrol AD. He graduated in finance and lending from the Economy Academy in Svishtov, specialising later in financial supervision.

FIRE AND ACCIDENT SAFETY
Zhoro Ilchev was appointed director of industry organisation Fire and Accident Safety. Currently, Ilchev is a partner in the company Fire Technique. Previously he worked in the Regional service for Anti-Fire Protection in Kazanluk and as senior inspector and chief of operational-technical department of the National service for fire protection, which is currently known as National service for fire safety and population protection at the Ministry of Interior. Since 1999 Ilchev teaches fire safety at the Ministry of Interior Academy and has worked as fire safety expert in consultancy companies. Ilchev graduated the Ministry of Interior’s Academy in fire safety, from which he received his PhD in technical sciences.
