Bulgarian ambassador to the US Elena Poptodorova and US ambassador to Bulgaria John Beyrle will present together Bulgaria in the context of the country’s EU accession.

From May 3 to 10 Beyrle and Poptodorova will travel through the US and will take part in various seminars.

The idea of the trip is to present trade and investment opportunities in Bulgaria that stemmed from the country’s accession to the union.

The Bulgarian embassy to the US, the US embassy to Bulgaria and the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria organised the seminars.

Beyrle and Poptodorova will visit San Jose, San Francisco, Denver, New York and Boston.

The two diplomats will take part in roundtable discussions, seminars and meetings with media.
