The fame of the roadster Alfa Romeo Spider was established in 1966 when it was presented to the public for the first time. The roadster has become a byword for beautiful design, with a generation of Pininfarina designers working on it. The third generation of the Spider made its debut in Geneva this year, and immediately was named the “cabriolet of the year” at the Expo. The vehicle has two seats, a soft removable roof, and uses the platform of Alfa Brera. Two petrol engines are under the bonnet. A four-cylinder 2.20-litre 185 hp JTS and a 3.2-litre V6 260 hp engine. The transmission box is six-speed manual, and with the six-cylinder model, the wheel-drive is 4x4.
