38m euro mall to emerge in Bulgaria's Shoumen

Israeli company Plaza Centers officially presented the project for the construction of a mall, worth 38 million euro, in the north eastern town of Shoumen, Shoumen municipality announced.

The mall would have three floors and a total retail area of 21 000 sq m, investor.bg said.

Besides a supermarket and garment shops, cafes and restaurants, the mall will have an entire floor dedicated to entertainment. Video halls, a cinema, bowling and electronic games will cover 1700 sq m.

The project includes the construction of a two-level underground parking with 800 parking places.

Plaza Centers said that the mall would be finished within 1.5 to two years after the company received the construction permits.
