An Interior Ministry annoucement on October 8 said, that in Sofia 129 car accidents happened over the previous 24 hours.
There were eight severe and 121 light accidents, with 11 people wounded, Za Grade quoted the ministry announcement as saying.
Two people died and three were in critical condition after accidents outside the capital in the same period.
For the country outside the capital, there had been 18 severe accidents, in which 28 people were wounded, the ministry announcement said.
