Poland and Ukraine have completed all of their work to host the Euro 2012 European Football Championship and both countries are finally ready to co-host the event, Polish prime minister Donald Tusk said at a joint press conference with his Ukrainian counterpart, Mykola Azarov in Warsaw on Thursday March 22.
Tusk and Azarov earlier attended the meeting of a Polish-Ukrainian committee on preparations for the tournament, which will be held in both countries from June 8 to July 1.
"The exceptional determination of the two countries, the Ukrainian and Polish governments, the sporting and business sectors, the financial effort - all that has led to this moment and we're ready to host Euro 2012," Tusk said.
