Last week, The Sofia Echo published an article on Nina Tsoncheva, a young and talented artist from Sofia.
Nina is a fifth generation painter and sculptress from a family deeply rooted in the traditions of arts. Her great-great grandfather was Atanas Kavrakov – one of the last Bulgarian Renaissance painters. Since then, every member of her family has been involved with the arts in one form or another, whether drama, theatre, sculpture, graphics, murals or even carpentry.
A versatile artist, Nina specialises in paintings, interior decoration, sculptures, iconostasis, tapestries, murals, glass casting and stained glass. The full article is available here
