How the b2b department of Multirama developed during the last year?
We have achieved very positive results. Till and of this year we will reach almost 100% increase in sales compare to 2009. This is a major achievement, considering the conditions of the market, which were not so favorable in the last years. Of course, there are some optimistic signals that the market, especially in the IT sector, will further improve, giving companies the possibility to invest. The Multirama b2b department is ready to respond to the future needs of businesses with flexible solutions either for upgrading or renewing their IT infrastructure or acquiring a new one.
These results are hard to be achieved, indeed. What is your explanation for this success?
There are two considerable things that we have done. First, as we always do, we offer to our b2b customers the most effective solutions taking into account their needs and recourses. This is critical, especially if there are any significant restrictions in the company’s budgets. The policy of our department is to build long-term and mutual trustworthy partnerships with our business clients. We are not targeting the single deal. Multirama b2b experts visit the client’s offices, perform deep analysis of the existing IT systems and identify possible problems. That gives us a good platform to offer integrated and the most important efficient proposals customized to the specific client’s needs.
Second, during the last year Multirama continued to be pro-active in the market by offering new products, investing in the most advanced software solutions, CRM systems and innovative services such as: free trainings, free delivery and installation, extended warranties, flexible financial schemes, ‘fast and easy’ maintenance and others. Thus we achieved the ‘synergy effect’. Generally, I am avoiding pessimistic approach. I believe that the good understanding of the client’s needs and correct communication make the client feel safe in our days. The client should feel secure that the most efficient and effective solution is applied in the company. And this is our main concern.
What are you planning for 2011?
We are looking intensively for new product niche. We will try to extend our business with public administration and departments. We still do not reach good penetration there. Additionally, in 2011 ISO9001:2008 certification is expected, so that will give us an opportunity to participate in public contracts. Moreover, we are planning to enlarge Multirama B2B department and further expansion of retail chain of stores as well.
