Bulgarian Prime Minister Boiko Borissov, whose campaign promises in 2009 included the completion of three highways by the end of his term in 2013, attended on May 3 the first sod ceremony on the construction of the Trakia Highway stretch between Nova Zagora and Stara Zagora.

Why is it i see brand new machines in this picture? Is biggest part of the money to be payed for the roads going into machines? Why not find a company that already has enough machines to do the job so more roads could be build with the same money??
Or is it just me being an idiot?
