Just for the info EU has being created in order to put germany and france together in peace, plus to forget the nazi-(Germans) atrocities.Second of all Greece and Germany in modern history had good relationship because of the past socialist government which mean they were doing the blind eyes to some of the cases of the nazis.Unfortunately people forget easily especially in this generation, because we spent time [...]

On May 30, 1941, he and Apostolos Santas climbed on the Acropolis and tore down the Swastika, which had been there since April 27, 1941, when the Nazi forces had entered Athens. That was the first resistance act that took place in Greece, and probably among the very first ones in Europe. It inspired not only the Greeks, but all subjected people, to resist against the occupation, and established them both as two international anti-Nazi heroes. The Nazi regime responded by sentencing Glezos and Santas to death in absentia. Glezos was arrested by the German occupation forces on March 24, [...]

So reading from all academic sources on WWII Greece contributed substantially in helping the Allies and British troops. Queen Frederica DID NOT wear a swastika as she went into hiding from the Germans. While Manolis the flag bearer was NOT put into jail by Greeks but was punished by the Germans.
Also contemporary historians agree that the Slav speaking population of present day Skopje who call themselves Macedonians aided the Germans even helped put Jews in Nazi camps!

In exile, King George II and the rest of the Greek Royal Family settled in South Africa. Here Frederica's last child, Princess Irene, was born on 11 May 1942. Talking about collaboration Peter you seem to have been invovled in a lot yourself. As a member of the Slav speaking Macedonians in Greece your lot were involved in a lot of Nazi activities leading to the arrest of countless honest civilians. If you are for real stop your continued Greco-Bulgarian bashing and help capture your compatriots starting with Brunner.
