The money will be supplied under the Regional Development programme. The rest is generated by the respective municipalities.

The project in Pleven is estimated to cost a total of 24 million leva. The resources need to be appropriated inside the first period of the programme, spanning 2012 and 2013.

Reportedly, the funds will be needed to "expand the trolleybus network in the city by 27km, renovation of the trolleybus depot, the purchase of new vehicles, the construction and installation of an information system on all bus and trolleybus stops, and the improvement of safety procedures," Dnevnik said.

Better check all passengers using the transportation if they have valid tickets. Once everyone starts buying tickets there will be money.
