If its true that we can move from Cyprus also then I will give 2000 euro to the poor people as donation, I am announcing this, becoz I am sure that it is not possible, or may be it is dream that any non-European person can Imagine about it;-)
I am Sunny from Cy. as non euorpean, i think that it is very good decision of eu parilament. but i am currently studying in cyprus. i didn't understand that is this rule is also applicable on cyprus. which is not part of shengen zone. please can you help me with this matter? thnx anyway,,,,,it is good effort for us.

Wow excellent decision. i really appriciate the eu parliment, because from this rule we can get our goals and we can study where ever we wanna study. But can this rule will be applicable for the cyprus students, or this is only for shengen countries. will u inforlm me on my yahoo mail shazy_sweet007@yahoo.com.
