By the way, This article gives the impression that Poland's ban is to be total. This is NOT correct. Poland's ban is nowhere near as draconian as the UK, but matches most EU countries where smokers are considered. It is to be a PARTIAL ban allowing smoking pubs, rooms etc.
It is NOT commerce vs. health!! That is the main deception perpetrated by the anti-smoker campaign.

Read the full comment These are directly related to the severity of the ban conditions, with NO BENEFIT other than to bolster the egos of a few anti-smoker nut jobs and to fill the pockets of corrupt scientists.
'Smoke related' diseases continue to increase unaffected or unhindered in the slightest by the reduction in smoking prevalence! Child asthma, allegedly caused by smoking, is now at epidemic proportions. IE whatever the causes of ‘smoke related’ diseases , smoking is one of the least likely !!
How many lives have been lost as a result of anti-smokers troughing on the $billions of funds that should have been used to find REAL causes and cures?
