It's not as bad in Elhovo as the above report suggests. The Tundja HAS broken it's banks, and fields heading away from the town are flooded as was the bus station, but that water was pumped out during an emergency operation on Sunday. The town centre and most of the streets are on a higher level and are not flooded.
