With over 300'000 orphans before the earthquake the problem was enormous anyway and now much worse. many of these children were not freed for adoption and the system should change. Families that want their children back should be supported to do so and the other children should be available for domestic and international adoption. SOS villages are a safe haven for children but nothing can replace the love of a family, so children should be given the oportunity to find a forever family.

Read the full comment a free to go pass. They knew what they were doing was illegal, also using GOD's name in no way means they are good people that would have cared for these children. Surely if GOD had told them anything it would have been to stay in Haiti and help feed as many children as possible and to help with the rebuilding of orphanges. All they have achieved is to cause the families alrady waiting to adopt a much longer and harder struggle to do so.
