Good show, Diankov!
Stay on course.
"common sense and natural justice and fairness"
These critical attributes are not so easy to find in the Bg judicial system. Just ask many of the senior lawyers in BG. In fact many are so frustrated with the current system they simply draft complaints directly to EU institutions or even petition the EU Parliament.
"They do not appear to grasp the fact that it is not their money! It is the publics money "
This is a common thread running through ALL government BG departments.
"Can you imagine their concern" ( i will add t this Jon)..if the Human Rights violations payments came from the pocket of the prosecutor or judge responsible for this.!

Read the full comment expenditures of a government department based on that departments budget calculations. Under their logic every department will ask for 20 million more than they need so they can have a good Christmas.
As magistrates they should know that the law must be tempered by common sense and natural justice and fairness. Is there any chance of dumping the current bunch and replacing with senior lawyers.
I love this guy!
