The clubs are the ones responsible for declaring the correct wages and insuring the employees (players) for the whole amounts paid to them.
The NRA are total idiots!!
Rule #1: reach for the full pocket, not for the empty one... the payers have already spent their money on easy women and new cars, make sure you collect tax before this happens... dumb asses.
Why are they investigating the footballers and not the clubs who pay their wages.
