Owners must relocate their old cars to private property or have them scrapped, report says.

"when are you going to get rid of the 4 legged strays that also clog up the streets."
Come on Cosmos, where else would some like you get a little love and respect, if those strays are gone... I mean without paying for it;))
Ah, the beauty of short headlines. For a fleeting moment I thought they were referring to clunkers made in 1770. LOL!
@expat: Interesting dilemma -- tow or clamp? In Pleven they seem to be on a clamping high at the moment, but it does mean that illegally-parked cars stay where they are and block the road. On the other hand, it's a lot quicker that towing. One annoying thing in Sofia, though, is that if you don't have a mobile phone with you for some reason you have a real problem with on-street parking, as "parking wardens" seem to be few and far between and don't wear any obvious uniform.
Good news travels fast, when are you going to get rid of the 4 legged strays that also clog up the streets.
I've always had a problem with Cash4Clunkers. To me it seems to go against simple supply and demand economics. How can we push all of these new cars into a market already saturated with used and repossessed vehicles (see www.repofinder.com)? Now new cars are worth even less, we have more Americans in debt, and eventually more repossessions.
excellent! finally !!
and then the next step is to remove all illigal parked cars as it is practice in every other european city.
but this immediately not after a three month grace periode (not even 3 minutes!!)
