Five people were killed in the past 24 hours in heavy traffic accidents across Bulgaria in what Bulgarian Traffic Police (KAT) attribute to reckless driving and deteriorating road conditions
Traffic police KAT has announced that the road situation across the country was precarious because of wet road conditions and reduced visibility, requesting that all drivers remain alert and drive responsibly, Dnevnik daily reported on November 9 2009.

Cars are much cheaper to buy used in UK I would guess the driver was Bulgarian. That is not to say British dont drive badly sometimes but usually older people own cars like this and they are more careful not like here. Please say when you know what nationality driver was I want to know!!
