Thirty communist-era State Security agents in health fund management positions

An investigation of 839 employees of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF) had shown that 30 agents of the former State Security services had held management positions at the fund, the committee on the opening of the archives of the former communist State Security police and People's Army announced on December 2 2009.

The committee decided to publish a list of only 27 names. Three others were not disclosed as those involved had already died.
