Players from Team Sofia American football team won one game and lost another during their November 14-15 2009 visit to Bucharest.

Team Sofia played against the local teams of Bucharest Warriors and Bucharest Predators.

The first game was against Bucharest Warriors, lost 12:8 by Team Sofia despite a good defensive performance. This was the third game between the two teams. The Romanians now lead by 2:1

The second game of Team Sofia's Romanian visit proved more successful with the Bulgarian side leaving no chances to the younger Bucharest Predators, winning by 32:0.

The half-season for Team Sofia will end in mid-December with a friendly against a Serbian side.

Next spring Team Sofia will start preparing for the qualifying rounds for the Central European Football League where the Bulgarian side will have to overcome a Romanian and a Turkish side to qualify for the quarter-finals.
