Rich pickings perhaps? The central bus station in Sofia

A 15-year-old boy from Bourgas reportedly stole a bus for the third time on September 21.

Local police were notified that he was seen driving the vehicle in the Meden Rudnik borough of Bourgas and shortly afterwards police patrol intercepted the Setra bus and arrested the boy again.

The coach, property of a private company,  was found parked in the borough. When they arrived at the scene officers were greeted by a throng of youths surrounding the coach, including a 15-year-old boy who had been caught on two previous occasions perpetrating the same crime.

According to Bourgas police, quoted by Dnevnik daily, on each occasion the stolen vehicles were parked in the same borough at approximately the same site.

After a short discussion with officers, the boy admitted stealing the bus. His motive - just like on previous occasions - was said to be "his insurmountable craving to become a bus driver".
