With respect, Nenad, you shouldn't use the word "LIE" about a statistical discrepancy between 6 and 7 million.
This is well within the statistical margin of error, especially within the Balkans.
(If estimates vary by a factor of 250% or more, then is the time to use the "L" word, not before.)
I hope they will integrate all western Balknas. Its about time they do that. If you look at the map of the EU-member countries, western balkans look like a cancer zone with EU. Its like a forgotten part of EU. And that is not good for us neither for the unity of Europe.
@shemi
There are no 7 milion Albanians. Who told you such a lie. There are less than 6 milion Albanians in the Balkans.
Albania will attack Serbia! Don't make me laugh! They can't even attack Macedonia.
Peggy may faint from surprise, but on this issue she is entirely right, and has my support.
Albania's membership of NATO will tie its hands more than it may have realised when it joined. Not only (as Peggy says) is it unable to use NATO resources to settle old scores, but it must get NATO approval in advance for any unilateral military action that it undertakes from its own resources.
It is this provision in the NATO Treaty that has prevented Greece from unilateral action against Turkey on several occasions. (Turkey's action [...]
Read the full comment against Cyprus in 1974 marginally infringed it, but (a) Greece was not then an active NATO member, (b) Cyprus under Makarios wasn't a member at all, (c) the Turks could use the UN Charter excuse that their co-nationals were being persecuted, and (d) frankly, the Turks were extremely lucky to get away with it.)
Apparently there are still active minefields along the Greek / Turkish border. This is against the NATO Treaty too, though it is uncertain whether the mines were laid by the Greeks or the Turks.

Well obviously even if spain wanted to do anything to harm kosovo, the certain majority would stop it.
Its a union not an autocracy.
Jimovic, i am sorry dude but i think you will be wrong.
Shemi, you do need to get back to reality. Albania has no right to wage a war. NATO membership does not entitle Albania to attack anyone. This has NOTHING to do with Albania. This is between Serbs and K-Albanians NOT Albnia. Do you honestly think that now that Albania has become a NATO member they can use NATO resources to settle scores?
You are not armed at all or even have an army. It is NATO who is well armed there but if you think you can speak on behalf of NATO then go ahead and [...]
