A Greek national was killed in a road accident near the town of Sliven on the early evening of September 2, the municipal police department said in a statement, quoted by the Focus news agency.

The 60-year-old Greek male was in a vehicle on the III 554 road on the exit of Nova Zagora. The car, an Audi, had a Stara Zagora registration plate and was driven by a 33-year-old Bulgarian from Radnevo. There was another passenger, also a Bulgarian citizen, a 36- year-old male also from Radnevo.
