A new bistro opened less than a year ago, where economical dining is not accompanied by tasteless surroundings, vulgar music, suspicious dinners and blaringly cheap food.
My parents were Southern California yuppies, and modest though they were with their yuppiness, they had their share of late 1970s / early 1980s curry parties.
There was always something magical about Kushtata s chasovnika ("The House with the Clock"), something that, while walking past, exuded a mix of old-world class and modern affluence.
