Propellerheads will perform at the Spirit of Bourgas

A new addition to the Spirit of Bourgas festival is the British electro break-beat Will White (Propellerheads DJ Set) who will be featured on August 15, the second night of the festival headlined by the Fun Lovin' Criminals, according to a press statement from organisers on August 4 2009.

Propellerheads are a British beat music band made up of electronic producers Will White and Alex Gifford.

The band's first release in 1996 was an EP named Dive! that came out through an independent label company - Wall of Sound. They eventually gathered momentum the following year by providing a remix for Bond composer David Arnold's tribute album Shaken & Stirred: The David Arnold James Bond Project covering John Barry's On Her Majesty's Secret Service, which was the  the theme song to the sixth James Bond film.

Propellerheads  also collaborated with Arnold on the track Backseat Driver, for the Tomorrow Never Dies soundtrack. Following that, the single "History Repeating" followed, a collaboration with Shirley Bassey.

Will White is now part of the live incarnation of Long Range, the latest project of Phil Hartnoll of Orbital fame.

Single day event for the Spirit of Bourgas costs 40 leva, but on the day of the event, the ticket will be on sale outside the gate for 50 leva. A package of three-day tickets is priced at 100, once again, they will be available for 120 leva on the first day of the festival, so fans are urged to make their arrangements sooner rather than later.

Tickets for the festivals are available at www.eventim.bg
