Petko Sertov, head of Bulgarian State Agency for National Security (SANS) has issued an order to declassify information about the Gallery case, Bulgarian broadcaster Mediapool.bg said. The Gallery case followed SANS's investigation into and subsequent close down of the Opasnite website in 2008.
The General-Prosecutor's Office has appealed the 'not guilty' verdict issued by Sofia City Court against former interior minister Roumen Petkov in case in which he was accused of leaking classified information, Bulgarian news agency BTA said on December 4 2008. On November 20 2008, Petkov was found not guilty on charges of revealing classified information at the fist and only hearing of the case. The court found that Petkov had not revealed classified information and declared him not guilty.
Works will be reviewed by a group of judges, and winners will receive certificates and prizes.

I hope BG doesn't get American style security at its borders and airports, with the new guy, although probably not likely because we lack the militaristic mentality.
Regardless what city you go to, but when one enters the US, the first thing one sees is a giant US flag, then ropes, lines, cops!
