Levski Sofia releases tickets for Champions League qualification clash

Levski fans in B stand

Tickets are out on general sale for the Levski Sofia v Sant Julia clash from the second round of the Champions League qualifications matches. Tickets are available at all ticket kiosks around the Gerena Stadium.

Central stand tickets are priced at 10 leva, V stand (opposite the main stand) are priced at eight leva, whereas B stand tickets (the terrace behind the goal and home to the Levski Sofia hardcore following) are available at three leva.

The clash against Sant Julia is on July 15 at 7.45pm at Gerena.

Levski Sofia are the favourites to go through, although the Bulgarian champions have struggled in the past against "outright outsiders" which was the shocking case last year when they were knocked out of the competition by BATE Borisov.

The Andorra side's record in Europe, meanwhile, is also far from illustrious. In the first round of the 2007-08 Intertoto Cup Sant Julia lost to Bosnian squad FK Slavija 3-2 in Andorra and 3-2 again in Bosnia-Herzegovina (aggregate 4-6). Then, Sant Julià faced Bulgarian side Cherno More of Varna in the first qualifying round of the 2008-09 UEFA Cup, which the Bulgarians won 9-0 on aggregate.

This season, Sant Julia have once again drawn a Bulgarian opponent, but only time will tell if Levski Sofia can accomplish what Cherno More had done before them.
