The vast majority of children in Bulgaria's orphanages are of Roma (gypsy) ethnicity, and will not be able to find homes in Bulgaria because of prejudice. Keep up the good work- I hope that all available children in Bulgaria's orphanages will be able to be united with loving adoptive parents.
Bulgaria should have had that Clause that the EU gave Romania to transform their Child Welfare system and other related things from top to bottom. Then the EU would not have any of this crap coming from Bulgaria. Ah well Bulgaria will learn the hard way then
