Sofia City Council voted Minko Gerdjikov as acting mayor of Sofia after Boiko Borissov becomes Prime Minister.
The 140 000 sq m site has been released on a 20 year concession contract, and it will serve the waste needs for six neighbouring municipalities: Pernik, Trun, Breznik, Radomir, Kovachevtsi and Zemen.
