Michael Bolton is to perform in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture (NDK) in Bulgaria's capital on June 30 as be part of his The Very Best of Me world tour.

A former heavy metal singer, Bolton is best known for his soft rock ballads and tenor vocals. His best known hits include How Am I Supposed to Live Without You, When a Man Loves a Woman, Only a Woman Like You and many others.

Bolton has also written songs for artists like Barbra Streisand, Kenny Rogers, Kenny G, Peabo Bryson and Patti LaBelle, among others.

Bolton previously performed in Sofia in 2007.

Tickets for his concert in Sofia cost between 30 and 80 leva. Sales start on May 1 2009, at ticketstream.bg, eventim.bg and at the shops of Office 1, MTel, Picadilly and Germanos.
