One thing I must correct on this article Romania does NOT have organised crime. You also forgot to mention that Romania has gone much further in tackling corruption that lets say Bulgaria...... Also another thing to point out that if Romania adopts the 3 Penal Codes than the Mechanism Monitoring will be all over, Bulgaria will be the sitting duck on this one....
