Aquamarine 2 real estate complex started construction in the Bulgarian seaside town of Obzor at the end of 2008, 100m from the coast on the south edge of the town near its predecessor, Aquamarine 1, Stroitelstvo Gradut reports.

The main investor in the project is Interavers OOD. Bultera Stroi Group EOOD is in charge of the project's execution and the entire project was researched and developed by Halkom OOD.

Aquamarine 2 consists of three large buildings with a total area of 9061 sq m, consisting of four stories, underground parking facilities and an attic level. The complex will boast a total of 99 flats from 55 up to 99 sq m. They will be offered for sale upon completion, when they are fully furnished and with operational sanitation and electric grid networks.

Prices in the complex will range from 1000 euro to 1799 euros per sq m. Those will depend upon the disposition of the flat within the building, the view and the elevation in the block. Several options are being offered to potential clients when it comes to furnishing. Complete custom furnishing is available upon request, or they can be furnished in "the style of the Aquamarine complex", suggesting standard fittings for all other flats.

The planned unit development complex will be fitted out with a large open swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna and spa, massage centre, a bar, restaurant and a pharmacy. The complex will be completed by the end of 2010.
