Macedonia presented the first of a series of promotional videos that will start running on CNN from December 25. The video showcases the country's cultural and natural treasures, BalkanInsight.com said.
The campaign aims to promote the country's tourist appeal and is titled Macedonia - Timeless.
A special website (www.macedonia-timeless.com) was created for the campaign.

The video was shot at various locations across the country by Macedonian director Milco Mancevski, BalkanInsight said. Manevski is best known for his fiilm Before the Rain, which won a Golden Lion award for best movie at the Venice festival and an Oscar nomination for best foreign film in 1995.
