In early 2009, Hard Music Sound Unit (HMSU), Bulgarian organisers of drum 'n' bass parties, will celebrate its 10 year anniversary.
On October 6, the company asked registered users of its website www.hmsu.org, to select which band would be invited for its anniversary party. Users can select from a long list of drum 'n' bass bands that performed at HMSU parties over the past 10 years.
On October 17, HMSU will organise its next party, called HMSU.zip. The party will be held at Party Centre 4KM and is dediced to the "drum 'n' bass archive" of the 1990s and the classical sound of this music style, the organisers said. The party takes place in two halls. In one hall DJs will play artists including Roni Size, Shy FX, Ray Keith, Photek and other classics, while the second room will be dedicated to old-school hip-hop, funk and reggae dub.
Entrance for the party is eight leva.
