Spirit of Burgas seizes MTV

The US music television station MTV will air a documentary dedicated to the summer music festival Spirit of Burgas, held on August 15 to 17 in the Bulgarian Black Sea city of Bourgas.

The documentary will be aired twice, at 8.30pm Central European Time (CET) on September 17 and at 5pm CET on September 21, Dnevnik daily reported.

Spirit of Burgas documentary will be aired in 36 countries; the channel promised to air advertisement spots for it every hour.

In 2008, Spirit of Burgas drew worldwide household names like Asian Dub Foundation, Cradle of Filth and Ministry of Sound, along with Bulgarian talent like Upsurt, Gravity Co, Wikeda, D2, Deep Zone Project, Panican Whyasker, and the DJs from the Magrathea and Metropolis sound conglomerations.
