interesting article. is my math correct? In Sofia is highest land worth 1700 Euro or converted to square feet and US Dolars {1 Euro = 1.35 us dollar so 1700 Euro = $2,295, so if 1 square meter = 10.76 square feet then $2,295.00 divided by 10.76 square feet = $213.29 per square foot.} Is that correct according to this article?
Thanks,
